The website at nosypup.com (the “Site”) is operated by Swissperiences (“we”, “us”). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site and of the NosyPup waitlist. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

The NosyPup app will come with its own license terms.

1. The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t create any purchase, order or obligation, for you or for us.
• It doesn’t guarantee that NosyPup will launch, when it will launch, which features it will have, or what it will cost.
• You can leave at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

2. About NosyPup

NosyPup is in development. Descriptions, images and examples on the Site show what we’re building and may change. NosyPup is not a certified alarm or monitoring service.

3. Using the Site

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell or republish the Site or its content, interfere with how it works, or use it to build a competing product.

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time.

4. Ownership

The NosyPup name, illustrations, text and other content on the Site belong to us or our licensors. These Terms don’t give you any ownership rights. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely, without any obligation to you.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through the waitlist and how we use it. The Site uses no cookies and no analytics.

6. Other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, such as Telegram. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them; their own terms apply.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist, or from relying on the Site’s content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited or excluded by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, the updated Terms apply.

10. General

If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a provision doesn’t waive it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer, this doesn’t take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
